Pneumatically actuated diaphragm valves remotely control the flow of fluids and are ideal for precise operation where the amount of liquid to be used is critical. Parker pneumatic diaphragm valves are designed to control the flow of fluids containing suspended solids, in high purity semiconductor manufacturing operations. These normally closed pneumatic valves feature a 1/4 inch orifice to provide high flow rates and a moulded PFA body with a highly flexible PTFE diaphragm capable of withstanding pressure up to 80 PSI. They are equipped with tongue and groove seats for positive through-flow shutoff. Parker pneumatic diaphragm valves are suitable for wet, gaseous or corrosive environments. Johnson Controls pneumatic flare valves accurately regulate the flow of hot or cold water in HVAC systems. These 2 or 3 way mixing valves feature a V-3000-1 exposed pneumatic actuator and 1/2 inch valves to deliver high flow rates. The solder free brass design requires zero installation effort and provides easy removal for periodic maintenance. Johnson Controls pneumatic actuated valves are equipped with a moulded composition disc to ensure tight shut-off during operation.
