EASYMT Series Solenoid Valves

Plast-O-Matic EASYMT Series solenoid valves control the flow of fluids or gases in chemical processing, water treatment, semiconductor manufacturing and pharmaceutical applications. These valves have Geon PVC / Corzan CPVC / Natural Polypro / Kynar PVDF seals for compatibility with different applications. They offer 1000000 cycles tested under laboratory conditions, and field applications report over 2000000 cycles. These valves have a rugged moulded construction and a patented Fail-Dry vented design to resist corrosion on exposed surfaces. These solenoid valves come with a moulded corrosion-resistant coil assembly for enhanced durability and the standard W24 coil with a COOL DIN connector for reduced energy consumption. These IP-65-rated valves are individually inspected and tested for increased convenience of a standard coil connector light to indicate when the valve is energised.

Plastic Solenoid Valves

Plastic solenoid valves are designed to release, distribute and mix corrosive fluids in many industrial applications. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of these solenoid valves from brands like Asco Numatics, Hayward, Plast-O-Matic, Red Hat and more. These units are controlled by an electric current passed through a solenoid coil that actuates the plunger to open / close the valve. Selected models feature a bellows barrier-type dynamic seal that prevents shaft / sleeve fretting. They have rugged thermoplastic body for corrosion resistance and resilient seating for tight shutoff. Choose from an array of these plastic solenoid valves, available in Normally Open, Normally Closed and Universal type valve configurations on Raptor Supplies.
