Features

  • Hartell L4 Series condensate pumps have a 2-gallon aluminium reservoir for handling large water surges produced during commercial air conditioning, refrigerating or multiple unit installations that require mounting several drains into a single disposal pump.
  • Hartell HAT Series reservoir condensate pumps operate at ultra-quiet volumes even in high temperatures for improved performance of large air conditioning units. These Hartell pumps have a small footprint. Selected reservoir condensate pumps have a high-torque DC motor for operation at low flow rates.
  • Hartell HAD & HAR Series condensate pumps offer ultra-quiet operation & remote sensing at a smaller footprint without reducing performance. These mini-split pumps can pair with wall-mounted air conditioning units or exterior systems having an outdoor conduit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some safety features in Hartell condensate pumps?

  • Motor bearing protection from steam & water splashes.
  • Body or reservoir made of oil- & chemical-resistant materials with high-temperature ratings.
  • Check valves to prevent backflow & contamination.
  • Proactive alarm system to indicate maintenance requirement.

How does a Hartell L4 Series condensate pump operate?

  • Condensate flowing through a system collects into a Hartell L4 Series condensate pump if unused in the process.
  • Once the maximum height set by a floating level switch is triggered, the pump motor starts.
  • The pump starts pumping the condensed water into a drain pipe and continues doing so till a minimum level set by the float switch is achieved.

What is the use of the junction box in Hartell condensate pumps?

The junction box in a commercial condensate pump is used to house all electrical connections and protect them from environmental factors & electrical shocks.
