Product Details:
Texas Pneumatic Tools TX-JF24 air-driven jet fan is ideal for general ventilation of tanks, process vessels & other confined areas that require the removal of hazardous fumes or contaminated air generated during welding, sandblasting or other operations. This air-driven Texas Pneumatic fan uses compressed air through a 1-inch NPT inlet to power it. It produces a maximum airflow of 16136 cfm and is suitable for use as a blower or exhauster as well.
Features:
- Texas Pneumatic Tools TX-JF24 air-driven jet fan has a rotating hollow shaft without torque & blade design that drives the fan using the compressed air jets on the fan blades' trailing edge. This design also allows more air movement at lower fan blade speeds.
- It has four precisely-balanced blades that generate adequate static pressure to withstand the ventilated system's resistance.
- All the blades feature airfoil cross sections for increased airflow & higher induction ratios while two of the four blades feature jet outlets for compressed air.
- The fan's housing has 6 guide vanes for neutralising the blades' air spin & redirecting the airflow into an axial direction to eliminate turbulence and a smooth inlet bell for greater CFM & lower noise levels.
- The unit has a rugged cast aluminium housing & fan blades that are heat treated to T6 aircraft aluminium specifications.
- It also has bearings with hi-tech synthetic lubricants and air seals that can handle high pressures for long operating life.
- Users can also choose Texas Pneumatic TX-JF20 jet fan for delivering a maximum airflow of 10420 cfm.
Compatible Accessories:
- Jet Fan Repair Kit: This kit contains the original replacement parts used in this fan to replace or repair any faulty part.
- Safety Lock Cable: This safety lock cable is attached to the fan's air inlet connector for preventing injury due to accidental disconnection & whipping of an erratic hose under pressure.
- Swing Gate: This gate provides increased safety in confined spaces.
- Fan Screens: Texas Pneumatic TX-JF2004 & TX-JF2404
- Texas Pneumatic Moisture Separating Systems: Texas Pneumatic TXMSS-400 & TX-MSS-800 systems are used for a regulated supply of dry air to the fan.
Standards and Approvals:
- AMCA Standard 210
