Rees 04954-204 cable operated switch is a mechanical device used in emergency stop & ordinary circuit control applications. It is a bi-directional switch that can be actuated by pulling a connected cable rope from either of its ends. This switch has 2 flags for trip indications. It can be installed in conveyor systems for constant control in an emergency or normal stopping operation.
Features:
- Rees 04954-204 cable-operated switch is a slack cable style switch with 2 NO & 2 NC contacts (on each end) that are gold-plated to prevent high resistance tarnishing.
- Its dual flags operate independently to rotate 90 degrees upon tripping.
- The flags can manually reset the positive break contacts by returning the flag to its normal position.
- This Rees 04954-204 cable-operated switch's mechanical life is 150000 operations.
- It has two conduit openings to handle a maximum recommended cable length of 200 feet with 10 feet of maximum interval support.
- It comes with a fibreflex gasket for an oil-tight seal upon installation.
- The switch's captive terminals can accept two #14 AWG stranded wires.
