REED Instruments R2222 digital stem thermometer is suitable for measuring temperatures ranging from -40 to 482 degrees F (-40 to 250 degrees C) with an accuracy of +/-1.5% reading or +2 degrees. It is capable of holding data and keeping track of maximum & minimum readings in medical, food service, pharmaceutical. R&D, educational, industrial and commercial applications.
