Q. How to set the tachometer of this line striper?
A.
- Press and hold the S1 button for 4 seconds.
- The LCD will display 01 (spark plug fires twice per revolution), 02 (once per revolution), 03 (every other revolution) and 04 (hours only, will not display RPM).
- Release the S1 button after determining your preferred spark plug firing pattern.
- After blinking for 8 to 10 seconds, the LCD switches back to total hour meter mode.
- The default for the standard model is 02 (once per revolution).
Q. How to set the LCD to display hours only and not the RPM?
A.
- Hold down the S1 button until 04 appears.
- After 8 to 10 seconds of holding down the S1 button, the display will return to total hours.
- The display will only show hours when the engine is running with no RPM information.
Q. Which type of paint can be used with this line striper?
A. Newstripe 10003033 NewRider field line striper is compatible with all water and oil-based paints.
