Krueger BS1-30-.1.5 barrel level gauge is suitable for above-the-ground storage barrels to measure liquid levels. This gauge is an essential volume metre that can be easily installed.
Features:
- Krueger BS1-30-.1.5 barrel level gauge has patented calibration assembly to tolerate high pressures.
- It features stainless steel construction to resist corrosion and provide exceptional compatibility with aggressive chemicals.
- This unit features NPT male ports to read out measurements for 30-gallon barrels.
- It includes aluminium bushing, a plastic locking nut, an HDPE float and stainless steel rods for proper functioning.
- The easily removable bushing allows threading of the bushing into the barrel.
Compatible Accessories:
- Krueger Drum Alarms: These Dalarm (direct mount) and Ralarm (remote mount) units provide visual & audible indication of tank levels. They feature a magnetic switch that triggers a 110 dB alarm and are powered by a 9V lithium battery. These models can be easily reset, even in Alarm mode.
- Krueger LED At-A-Glance Accessories: They can provide remote reading capability to the mechanical gauge.
- Krueger Guard Gauges: These covers protect the exposed plastic components on top of the gauge.
- Krueger Glass Calibration: It offers protection against heat, gases & deterioration, and aids in passing fire inspections.

Q. How to install a barrel level gauge?
A.
- Remove the calibration before installation by unthreading the red nut.
- Insert the gauge into the barrel.
- After locking the push rod in full or empty state, thread the gauge into the push rod.
- Make sure the bushing's arrows are pointed away from walls or other obstacles.
- Reinstall the red nut and calibrate.
Q. How do you calibrate a level gauge?
A.
- The level gauge housing should be opened.
- Find the screw and spin it using an Allen key.
- Depending on the offset you want, slowly rotate either clockwise or counter-clockwise.
