JOBOX 1-232000 crossover truck box is designed for storing heavy tools and equipment. This unit features lid bolsters to resist pry bar force above 1000 lb and prevent damage to contents.
Features:
- This truck box comes with self-aligning latch pins that pivot side-to-side for easy engagement with the Gear-Lock system and guarded gas springs to provide easy lifting of the lid.
- It features push-button locks to provide easy access from either side.
- The one-piece body construction and channel-reinforced front panel provide added toughness and prevent damage to cargo.
- It is integrated with storage bins on both ends to store small parts and accessories.

Q. What is the use of gas spring guards?
A. Gas spring guards prevent damage to the gas springs from shifting box loads and absorb excessive shock.
Q. How to install the crossover truck box?
A.
- The crossover box includes two sets of foam tape to prevent scratches on the truck when it is mounted for installation.
- Peel off the backing and place the foam gaskets on the back of the toolbox on both sides to add enough padding for scratch resistance.
- Position the toolbox on the back of the truck bed and ensure that there is plenty of clearance between the lid and the window.
- Mark the mounting hole locations for the installation of J-bolts (included with the kit) near the lip of the truck bed & inside the toolbox.
- Drill the holes with a drill bit and secure the unit with J-bolt flat washers and hex nuts using a wrench / ratchet.
- The toolbox is installed and ready for storage of tools & equipment.
