Straight line action clampsare ideal for holding workpieces with the help of clamp plungers that can be moved along their axis using push / pull / straight line toggle clamping action. They can be locked in both extended & retracted positions for use as both pull & push clamps or only in the extended position for use as push clamps. They are ideal for repeated clamping / unclamping during testing, welding, fixturing, tensioning, CNC machining & plastic injection moulding applications. Destaco 670 Seriesclamps feature precision clamping handles for high production efficiency. They come with a spring hold open device for preventing the clamp from accidental closing and a pre loaded nut for locking the clamp against itself (when not under pressure) & preventing opening when mounted vertically. These clamps also have an adjustable collet type bushing to eliminate plunger end movement due to repeated usage. Destaco 675-1MBPLS straight line action clamp is equipped with a round plunger having M12 threading & 1.1 inch travel limit. This clamp plunger has a flat surface to prevent rotational movement and allow offset piloting & holding. It has steel construction for structural rigidity & durability.
