Molded Case Circuit Breakers, MAL Series

Square D MAL Series circuit breakers are ideal for applications where the rated load currents exceed the capabilities of a miniature circuit breaker. These 3 pole breakers feature a thermal-magnetic trip for providing instantaneous & long-time current limiting protection with two different switching mechanisms - a bimetal switch for handling overcurrents and an electromagnet for handling short circuits. They are equipped with feed-thru connection terminals for easily connecting multiple sections of the circuit and line & load side lug terminals for accommodating aluminium / copper wires. These breakers are available in current ratings ranging from 300A to 1200A on Raptor Supplies.
