Double Wide Shaft Collars, MWCL Series

Ruland Manufacturing offers MWCL Series double wide shaft collars having a clamp style design that does not mar the shaft and allows easy removal & indefinite adjustments. These shaft collars are manufactured from high grade 2024 aluminium / 303 stainless steel / 1215 lead-free steel for increased screw seating torque. They have a precisely controlled face to bore perpendicularity, with tight tolerances on bearing locknuts to offer positive alignment when a shaft collar is used as a load-bearing face / mechanical stop, or for mounting components. These RoHS 3 & REACH compliant units come with forged screws that test beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards to offer maximum holding power. These units are stamped with bore sizes for easy identification.
