Lock Nuts
Texas Pneumatic Tools lock nuts keep the fasteners from loosening under constant vibration, excessive pressure or torque. These nuts firmly grasp the bolt threads and provide extra friction to resist unwinding and are also called reversible lock nuts as they can be fastened on the bolt from either side. Some of the lock nuts are hex shaped with higher torque capabilities and are specifically designed for parts exposed to excessive jerks.
