Working Mechanism
- The electronic LSG trip unit continuously monitors the current passing through the circuit breaker.
- If the current exceeds the preset long-time, short-time, instantaneous or ground fault pickup thresholds, the trip unit will trip the circuit breaker.
- Once tripped, the trip unit provides diagnostic information about the fault detected and the magnitude of the current.
Features
- These circuit breakers feature ground fault protection to prevent short circuits.
- They offer zone-selective interlocking and communication capabilities for enhanced system monitoring & management.
- These MCCBs come with an electronic LSG trip for advanced accuracy and low maintenance cost.
Standards and Approvals
- UL
- HACR
