EATON E57 Premium Plus Series Inductive Proximity Sensors
Eaton E57 Premium + Series inductive proximity sensors detect metal targets using electromagnetic energy. These units are ideal for machine tolls, assembly lines and other automotive applications.
Working Mechanism
- To produce a detecting zone, the inductive proximity sensor generates an electromagnetic field near the sensor's face.
- When a metal target in the sensor's vicinity disturbs that field and reaches the 'operate point', a detection happens and the sensor turns on.
- The sensor turns off when the target moves away from the sensor and reaches the 'release point'.
