Working Mechanism
- When the pressure of the fluid entering the valve exceeds the set pressure of the relief valve, the spool moves to open the relief valve, allowing the fluid to bypass the valve and return to the reservoir. This prevents the system from experiencing pressure spikes that could damage the components.
- The pressure-reducing valve works by using a spring-loaded spool that restricts the flow of fluid through the valve. This results in a lower pressure downstream of the valve.
- The check valve works by using a ball or disc pushed onto a seat by the pressure of the fluid, preventing the fluid from flowing back into the system and causing damage to the components.
