EATON Danfoss PCS4-10 Series Flow Control Valves
Vickers Eaton Danfoss PCS4-10 Series flow control valves provide a priority pressure-compensated flow. These valves are ideal for controlling motors or cylinders to obtain a prioritised flow.
AWorking Mechanism
- These valves are used with either a fixed or variable orifice on port 4 to maintain a constant flow out of port 3, regardless of downstream pressure changes.
- All flow over the priority requirement is bypassed from port 1 to port 2.
- If the priority port is dead-headed, valves direct flow out of the priority port and shut off the bypass flow.

- Eaton PCS4-10 Series flow control valves have cartridge construction to promote mounting flexibility.
- They have Buna-N seals to provide leakproof connections.
- The allowable stem torque applicable in their valve cavity is 68 to 75 Nm.
- These valves have aluminium housing that covers their steel body to resist corrosion and wear.
