Eaton Danfoss FCV6-16 Series flow control valves are used as needle valves to restrict the fluid flow in water treatment plants, oil & gas pipelines and chemical industries.

BWorking Mechanism
- These valves have a direct fluid flow between ports 1 and 2 and ports 3 and 4 in one position.
- Turning the operator 90 degrees directs the flow between ports 1 and 4 and ports 3 and 2.
- During the cross-over transition, ports 2 and 4 are blocked while ports 1 and 3 are linked.
Features
- These flow control valves comply with the ISO cleanliness code 18/16/13 microns to remove contamination.
- They are equipped with Buna-N seals to resist water and oil.
- These Vickers units can be adjusted through a knob and are pressure compensated for free reverse flow.
- They have an aluminium housing that resists extreme temperatures and corrosion on exposed surfaces.
