How to install Eaton breaker rejection bracket kits?

  • Figure out the location and number of washers, hex bolts and stop nuts to be used.
  • Place bolts & lock washers in the correct rejection bracket holes and attach stop nuts from the other side.
  • Attach the rejection bracket that has been put together to the breaker's bottom.
  • Remove the one M6 x 40 mm bolt that is visible and use it to attach the rejection bracket to the rear housing with a helical washer (discard flat washer if so equipped).
  • To attach the opposite side of the bracket to the front housing, use the two included M6 x 20 mm hex bolts and M6 helical washers.
