Accuris Series Probe No Rox, One-Step RT-qPCR Kits

Benchmark Scientific Accuris Series probe no rox RT-qPCR kits are used for conducting highly sensitive real-time RT-qPCR assays directly from RNA templates. These kits simplify workflows by providing optimised formulations of ready-to-use 2X qPCR master mix and 20X reverse transcriptase. They feature optimised buffers that contain potent RNase inhibitors and thermostable MMLV-derived reverse transcriptase for robust first-strand cDNA synthesis. These kits come with Accuris Hot Start Taq that employs an antibody-mediated hot-start mechanism, enabling sample preparation at room temperature. These kits utilise a high-purity enzyme formulation that enhances stability and performance, ensuring reliable and accurate results. The Taq enzyme becomes active only after an initial incubation at 95 degrees C and reduces non-specific amplification, and the Taq master mix includes an inert blue dye for easy pipetting and minimising errors in the process. These Accuris qMAX One-Step kits are available for both green fluorescence and probe detection methods for improved flexibility for experimental needs.
