- Narrow V-belt sheaves can accommodate narrow profile V-belts to transmit an equivalent load and maximise power transmission efficiency.
- They are made of cast iron to provide resistance to wear and prevent galling. They feature a 3V / 5V / 8V cross section and five grooves for use with multiple or banded belts.
- These units are suitable for problem drives that need high-impact strength and load carrying power in applications like farm machinery, HVAC units, home appliances and food processing equipment.
- Models, such as, classical V-belt sheaves feature a cover fabric that offers superior flexibility and abrasion resistance and have wrapped / cog construction for reduced vibrations and noise during application.
