- These ring assortments feature carbon steel / steel construction with a phosphate finish for high strength and shock resistance.
- The E-clip rings are installed radially and have a wider shoulder as compared to other external rings, thereby yielding higher thrust and load-bearing capacity, as well as a larger retaining area.
- These retaining rings / E-clips are manufactured to resemble a 'C' shape, allowing them to expand when used with a shaft or compress when employed into a hole.
