Working Mechanism

The working of the lever chain hoist is based on a simple mechanical principle of the lever system.
It comprises a lever arm, a load-bearing chain and a fulcrum point (hook).
When the operator applies force to the lever arm, the lever system multiples the force and converts it into a pulling force on the chain.
As the lever arm is moved back & forth, the laid chain is pulled through the lifting mechanism, causing the load to be lifted off the ground.
The operator controls the speed and direction of the lifting motion by adjusting the position of the lever arm.
