DESTACO Horizontal Handle Toggle Clamps

Destaco offers horizontal handle toggle clamps in two variants - horizontal hold down and pull action latch clamps. Horizontal hold down clamps use a horizontal handle / lever to push down an attached spindle against the workpiece, whereas pull action latch clamps have a hook shaped clamping arm that latches onto workpieces and pulls them closer for secure clamping.

Destaco 237 Series horizontal hold-down clamps feature a low-profile design with a large handle clearance in open position. They are used in welding, fixture checking and assembling of various tools and equipment. Destaco 237 Series clamp is available in different overall heights and lengths.

Destaco 206 Series horizontal hold-down clamps have a stainless-steel construction and offer good bar clearance under clamping bar while maintaining a low profile. They are used in light-duty clamping, chemical processing, closures and in the assembling of various commercial tools and equipment. The 206 Series Destaco horizontal hold down clamp is available in high U-bar and low U-bar design variants.

These Destaco 201 Series vertical hold down toggle locking clamps, also known as vertical manual hold down clamps, are designed to offer a stationary alternative to removable C clamps or spring clamps when securing materials to a work surface. These manual clamps hold workpieces in place using a lever handle that is pushed to the upright position, to hold workpieces firmly in place when the clamps are engaged. Destaco 2027 Series horizontal hold-down toggle clamps are ideal to work in a confined space with their low height design. They are made of steel and have a flanged base with a U-shaped arm. Some of the horizontal clamps are available with a Toggle Lock Plus feature to avoid any unintentional opening. They have an overall length of 9.88 inches (25.095 cm) with 2.25 inches (5.715 cm) height and a clamp bar opening angle of 68 degrees.
