Little Giant submersible effluent pumps are ideal for removing effluents, dewatering and transferring gray water (household wastewater ejected from sink or bath) into a septic or sewage system for water treatment. These pumps are made of cast iron / polypropylene base material for excellent deformation & wear resistance. They further have high head design for pushing treated greywater out to a faraway drain field. They feature PSC (permanent split capacitor) motors with thermal overload protection to dissipate heat generated during the operation and produce low starting current & torque, thereby saving energy costs. Choose from a wide range of these pumps, designed to handle effluent, available in 1750 and 3450 RPM motor speed variants.

Dayton effluent pumps are suitable for draining gray water containing small solids (up to 3/4 inch size) from a septic tank and out to a leach field. These submersible pumps feature semi-open non clog or vortex impellers for producing a large flow rate and nitrile rubber / silicon carbide shaft seals for preventing loss / escape of fluid from a rotating or reciprocating shaft, as well as providing lubrication for smooth movement. They operate intermittently / continuously (depending on application) and are equipped with a float switch for automatic pump functioning for draining out water when the septic tank is full. They also feature overload thermal protection for preventing the pump from overheating. Little Giant 9EN Series effluent pumps offer continuous duty operation in dewatering, wastewater removal and water transfer applications. They have 1-1/2 inch FNPT discharge connections to pump liquids at 60 degrees Celsius liquid temperature. These CSA listed, energy saving pumps draw low current, irrespective of handling solids having diameters up to 3/4 inches. They offer multiple switches for automatic operation and feature permanent split capacitor motors for smooth acceleration.
