Air Cleaner Filters

Dayton TiO2 air cleaner filters are designed for eliminating dust, mold, pollen, bacteria and other contaminants from the air for a cleaner environment. These replacement filters feature titanium dioxide (TiO) media for efficiently destroying airborne particles, preventing breathing issues like asthma or allergies. Their multistage filtration employs a prefilter to remove large particles and carbon filters to remove odour. Selected models (ESP) feature washable collection plates for capturing fungi, dust, mildew & plant spores and can be easily washed and reused. Dayton HEPA carbon filters are designed to capture particles of sizes as small as 2.5 pm. These activated carbon filters trap odors and gases, as well as volatile organic compounds. They are available in 1.25, 1.5, 5.5 and 12 inch nominal height options.

Dayton prefilters are used to capture dust, fungi, lint, mildew, plant spores, pollen and smoke particles. Photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) filters use UV radiation and titanium dioxide media to knock down bacteria, mold and virus. Choose from a range of these prefilters available in 25 to 30%, 30 to 35% and 80 to 85% filter efficiency options.

Primary HEPA filters from Extract-All are designed for multistage filtration to remove odours, solvent fumes and lab fumes; ideal for use in hospitals, manufacturing plants, negative-air machines, biological hoods and food processing plants.
