About Salvajor
Since 1944, Salvajor has been designing food waste disposer and collector systems. Salvajor food waste disposers are designed to dispose food waste generated by professional kitchens and restaurants. They are made from tough, corrosion-resistant 356 aluminium alloy for withstanding harsh use and are ideal for dishwashing machines. These disposers are powered by a water-cooled motor for maximum efficiency and have an extra-thick rubber mounting adaptor & drain outlet for isolating sound & eliminating vibration. The motor drives the rotors in either direction, which cuts the food waste with the incoming water supply (5 gallons per minute). These units have an extended lip water seal to provide leak-proof operation.
