Clecomatic Clutch
The Clecomatic clutch transmits torque to the fastener while tightening until it can no longer transmit more of the increased torque. The clutch then slips, allowing an internal mechanism to seal off the air to the air motor and shut off the tool at the user-adjusted preset torque level. This type of torque control allows maximum speed delivery from the tool to enhance productivity. In this situation, the tool does not dwell on the fastener as with a stall tool, hence reduces tool wear and operator fatigue.
